Howdy folks.

I hope real estate is treating you well. For February 2019, I'm putting out the latest commercial real estate numbers for the city of Beavercreek, Ohio.

Beavercreek is home to two of the major shopping venues for the Dayton market; The Greene and The Mall at Fairfield Commons. The city also benefits from being a next-door neighbor to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, one of the largest employers in Ohio.

One fact I thought was interesting was the number of industrial properties in Beavercreek. Take a guess as to how many you think there are and then look at my report below and see if you were close.
